"As a UK taxpayer, I want any donations I have made to the Charity over the last four years and all current and future donations to be treated as Gift Aid donations. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference."

You can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying the charity in writing. You must pay an amount of UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that we reclaim on your contribution in the tax year. If, in the future, your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and capital gains equal to the tax that the Charity reclaims, you should cancel this declaration.
